Life cycle cost analysis of air conditioning systems in underground powerhouses of hydropower stations using reservoir water

Aiming at the air conditioning systems in underground powerhouses of the hydropower stations using reservoir water, establishes a calculation model of the life cycle cost (LCC). Taking a hydropower station project as an example, the LCC analysis of its applicable air conditioning schemes shows that at the water temperature of 22.5 ℃, the reservoir water used as the primary cold source of the air conditioning system, and then as the cooling water of the chiller, and not setting local air conditioning units at middle layer and busbar holes is the most economical. Calculates the LCC of air conditioning schemes and analyses the applicability of the reservoir water under different water temperature conditions.
